  I visit this starbucks almost daily. This morning was a little different! Greeted like normal with a smile. However there was a new face on line and I am totally never seen this lady before. Working she never greeted me at all and besides that all she did was remind a worker that pastries needed to be ran. The young lady walking her direction said yep in a excited voiced and jumped to a even faster pace. However, what came next is what really rubbed me wrong. As a person in management do not correct your staff in front of your customers. Please pull them to the side if you don't like a response or how you were answered. Today it could have been better for sure. I have never seen her in there before but i tell you if i walk in again and she is there, will go to another store. Management, manager etc. your title is just a title. How you treat people will say a lot about you and the business you run. I would love to give no stars as this is unacceptable.

  I like Starbucks just as a convenient location to get work done. Everyone already knows they burn their beans, so get something sweet. This Starbucks in particular seems understaffed and super busy, but service didn't suffer because of it. They were quick and courteous. I'll be back!

  This is the best Starbucks his store in Greensboro by far. It is a new building. There is an ample seating area inside the store. There are seating areas in front of the store as well as in one of the sides. The other side is drive-true. They are open until 10pm in five days and 10:30pm during the other two.

  I absolutely love this Starbucks. Anyone who says they’re unorganized is just absolutely not telling the truth. I have been going to this Starbucks (and many others in this area) but this one specifically since they opened about a year ago and they’re just great! Ms. Tanya runs a tight ship and it shows! Her staff is friendly, efficient, neat, and if a mistake happens ( they will absolutely fix the issue ) with no hesitation! It’s always a personable experience every time I go in there ( of course they all know me by now) but non the less I truly look forward to it each and every day. Sometimes a smile goes way further than extended! Thanks guys, and keep up the great work. This store outshines any location I have ever been to and I truly just love you all! :)

  Love the drive through. Also have been inside and that's nice and modern.
